Letter to “Ask Leon”

How or what can you do to remove a fact that you have filed for Bankruptcy but it has been cleared. How do you or change the notification of a Judgment. (Have made arrangements to make payments monthly). Will both statements show until the judgment is satisfied?

Leon Says…

Bankruptcy will stay on your credit record for 10 years. If it has been more than 10 years, notify the credit bureau and they will delete it. Normally it drops off automatically when the time is up.

I’m sorry, but I do not understand your second question.
